This Didn’t Start as a Fulfillment Company.

This began while Chad was running a $40M retail operation. A large vendor approached him with a high-complexity fulfillment challenge—multi-SKU kitting, custom packaging, and 30,000+ monthly orders. Most 3PLs rejected it outright.

Chad took it on. Then another brand reached out. Then another. Each one referred by the last—brands shipping 10,000 to 40,000 orders per month with nuanced fulfillment requirements, international logistics, and multi-channel distribution.

The company was fulfilling over a million orders annually before it even had a name. Today, Good Company handles 3 million shipments per year for some of the most operationally demanding ecommerce brands in the country.

“We didn’t build a 3PL to ship boxes. We built the one we wished existed.”

Why We Operate Differently

Most 3PLs scale by adding more clients. We scale by doing fewer things, exceptionally well.

Dedicated Team Per Client

The same people handle your products every single day. They know your SKUs, your processes, your standards.

Selective Partnerships

We turn down 95% of inbound opportunities. We only work with brands we know we can serve exceptionally.

Relationship-First Model

You’re not a ticket number. You have direct access to your team and leadership whenever you need it.

If You’re a High-Volume Brand That Cares About Experience…

We only work with the best brands who value partnership over price. If that’s you, let’s talk about whether we’re the right fit.
